Scientific program will comprise Keynote, Plenary and invited lectures by the peers (by invitation only) and contributory (i) Short Oral (by faculties/scientists only), (ii) Rapid Oral (by the students and research scholars/fellows below the age of 32 years), and (ii) Poster presentation by any researcher.
Time of presentation for the contributory orals will be 7 mins and that for Rapid orals 3 mins.
Rapid Oral Presentations (ROP) will be conducted on 10th and 11th September 2026. ROP will be evaluated by the experts for selecting the best papers. Each presenter will have THRRE minutes as the time of presentation, and should have a maximum of six slides. Note that there would be negative marks for those who exceeds the allotted time or have more than six slides.
Preparation of posters: The space available for each poster would be of 90cm width and 100cm height. Each poster will be allocated a number, which will be marked on the top of the poster board by the organizers. The poster should indicate its title, authors (underline the name of the presenting author and include his/her email id) and their affiliations, followed by the Introduction/Background, Results, Conclusions and Acknowledgements (if any). The poster should be put up in the morning between 08.00-09.00 h and taken down after 17.00 h on the same day.
The poster sessions shall be conducted on 10th and 11th September 2026. Posters will be evaluated by the experts for selecting the best posters. The presenting authors should be present near their posters during the poster session. The poster schedule will be announced in advance.
A cultural program will be organized in the evening on 10th September 2026.
